Train operators affected
Between Glasgow Central and Barrhead / Girvan / Dumfries / Kilmarnock / Carlisle
There is a fault with the signalling system between Dunlop and Barrhead, closing all lines running between these stations.
As a result, trains running between Glasgow Central and Barrhead may be cancelled or revised.
This issue is expected to continue to impact services until 22:00.

You can use your tickets at no extra cost on the following:
Stagecoach West bus routes 9, 43, 343, 337 X44, X74, X76 and X77
McGills Buses routes 337 and 3
You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.
If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
