Description

A fault with the signalling system in the Faversham area means that some lines are disrupted. As a result, trains in the Faversham area may be delayed, cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until 14:00.

What's happened?

A fault with the signalling system has been reported in the Faversham area. As a result, drivers of trains towards Faversham are having to stop at a signal and contact the signaller to gain verbal authority to pass the signal and move into Faversham. Additionally, services are unable to run from platforms 1 and 2 towards Gillingham.
