Description
The earlier fault with the signalling system at Glengarnock has now been rectified, allowing journeys running through this station to begin operating as normal.
As service recovers, trains running between Paisley Gilmour Street and Kilwinning may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until 18:00.
Customer advice:
A rail replacement bus has been confirmed to operate between Kilwinning and Glasgow Central. Please note, journey times will be extended when travelling using rail replacement transport. You should allow extra time for your journey.
Further rail replacement has been requested, but is not yet confirmed. More details will be posted here once these services are recruited.
