Description

A fault with the signalling system between Dagenham Dock and Stanford-le-Hope means that all lines are blocked. As a result, trains are unable to run between Dagenham Dock / Ockendon and Stanford-le-Hope. Services between these stations will be cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until 08:00.

Customer advice:

If you need to travel from a different station because of the disruption, your existing ticket can also be used for your return journey to that station.

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following services:

  • Greater Anglia services between London Liverpool Street and Southend Victoria

  • First Bus routes:

    • 100 between Lakeside, Grays, Stanford-le-Hope and Basildon

    • 200 between Grays, Stanford-le-Hope and Basildon

    • 201 from Basildon to Stanford-le-Hope

  • London Buses:

    • Between Upminster, Ockendon and Chafford Hundred

    • Between Barking, Dagenham Dock and Rainham

  • London Underground services between Barking and Upminster

Rail replacement bus services are in operation between Pitsea via Tilbury Town and Stanford-le-Hope. Please note this is a limited service with very limited capacity.

The calling pattern of these buses will be: Pitsea, Dagenham Dock, Rainham, Purfleet, Grays, Tilbury Town, East Tilbury and Stanford-le-Hope
