Description
Following a vehicle striking a bridge between Huddersfield and Stalybridge, lines have reopened. Trains running between these stations may still be delayed by up to 45 minutes, revised or diverted to allow the service to recover.
Disruption is expected until 16:00.

Rail replacement transport has been requested to run between Huddersfield, Slaithwaite, Marsden, Greenfield, Mossley, Stalybridge and Manchester Piccadilly. Journey times may be extended by 90 minutes whilst travelling by rail replacement transport.
