Description
A person has been hit by a train between Charlton and London Bridge. Whilst the emergency services carry out their work, all lines between these stations are closed. Trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until 01:00.

Train services running to and from these stations will be cancelled, delayed or diverted via Lewisham. Westcombe Park, Maze Hill, Greenwich and Deptford will not be served.
What's happened:
Emergency services have been called, where it has been confirmed a person has been hit by a train between Charlton and London Bridge.
Railway staff are on site already and so are emergency services, the train is ready to be recovered shortly, disruption can be expected until the end of service.
How does this affect my journey?
The line is currently blocked and trains are unable to run between Charlton and London Bridge, trains are being diverted after Charlton via Lewisham so passengers can continue their journeys
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on London Buses between Charlton and London Bridge, the DLR service to Greenwich and on the Elizabeth Line for services calling at Woolwich Arsenal.

If you are already on a train or looking to travel, your journey may take longer than usual so please allow at least an extra 30 minutes additional time.
