Trains between Carlisle and Dumfries / Glasgow Central

Description

Following a fault with the signalling system between Carlisle and Dumfries all lines have reopened. As service recovers, trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 21:00.

Customer advice:

You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
