Description

A person has been hit by a train between Lewisham and Hayes. As all lines are currently closed, trains may be cancelled or diverted.

Disruption is expected until 09:00.

We have been informed that a person has been struck by a train between Lewisham and Hayes. Emergency services are attending.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains are unable to run on the Hayes line. Trains may be diverted via alternate routes where possible.

What should I do?

You may use your ticket at no extra cost on:

  • London Buses between Hayes / Orpington and Lewisham

  • London Trams between Elmers End / Beckenham Junction and East Croydon

  • Thameslink and Southern trains between East Croydon and London Bridge

  • London Underground via all reasonable routes
