Description

The ill passenger on the train has now been attended to, allowing all lines between Manchester Airport and Manchester Piccadilly to reopen. Whilst service recovers, trains running between these stations may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 16:00.
