Elizabeth line between Abbey Wood and Heathrow Terminal 4, and also between Shenfield / Abbey Wood and Heathrow Terminal 5

Description

Trains can now operate as normal to / from Heathrow Airport following a recent electrical fire at a substation in the nearby area.

Customers with tickets dated 21 March who have been affected and need to defer their travel to / from Heathrow Airport to a different day may use their existing rail ticket to travel on the same day as their new flight, including any connecting services. Customers will need to show their amended airline ticket when travelling.
