Description

Flooding caused by a burst water main between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport means that all lines are blocked. This is also affecting the signalling system.

As a result, trains running to / from Heathrow Airport may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Major disruption is expected until 11:00.

Elizabeth line customer advice:

Elizabeth line services are unable to call at stations between Hayes & Harlington and Heathrow Terminal 4.

You may use your ticket on London Buses between Hayes & Harlington and Heathrow Airport at no extra cost.

Continue from Ealing Broadway or Shepherds Bush into central London.

  • Travel towards Ealing Broadway or Hammersmith, then continue by bus

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Great Western Railway services via any reasonable route.
