Description

Following a fault on a train at Heathrow Terminal 5, the line is now open. Whilst service recovers, trains running between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport may still be revised.

Disruption is expected until 14:00.

Elizabeth line customer advice:

Customers heading to Heathrow Terminal 5 are advised to use the London Underground Piccadilly line either from central London or from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3.

Customers from stations between Shenfield and Stratford (London) are advised to change at Whitechapel for a Heathrow Terminal 4 service.

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following:

  • Heathrow Express between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport (pre-paid tickets only)

  • London Underground services via any reasonable route

  • London Buses between Paddington and Heathrow Airport / West Drayton

Heathrow Express customer advice:

Services will be reduced to half hourly whilst the disruption is ongoing.
