Engineering work will be taking place between Alexandra Palace and Hertford North on Sunday 6 September, closing all lines running between these stations.

As a result, no trains will run on this route all day on Sunday 6 September.

If you're planning to travel on Sunday 6 September, please be aware that engineering work is taking place between Alexandra Palace and Stevenage via Hertford North.

Because of this, trains will not run on this section of the route all day. Rail replacement bus services have been arranged to keep you moving, and minimise disruption to your journey.

New Barnet - It is a 20 minute journey / 5 minute car journey between High Barnet and New Barnet. Passengers can take the Northern line underground to and from London.

New Barnet / Hadley Wood - Cockfosters is a 25 minute journey / 5 minute car journey to and from New Barnet. It is also a 6 minute car journey to and from Hadley Wood. Passengers can take the Piccadilly line underground to and from London.

Harringay - Harringay Green Lanes is a 7-to-10 minute journey from Harringay. Passengers can take London Overground services to Seven Sisters then change for London Overground services towards Enfield Town.

Hertford North - It is a 20 minute journey between Hertford North and Hertford East allowing connection with Greater Anglia services to and from London Liverpool Street

Enfield Chase - It is a 10 minute journey between Enfield Chase and Enfield Town for London Overground connections to and from London Liverpool Street.
