Description

A safety inspection of the track between Moreton-In-Marsh and Honeybourne means the line is blocked. Trains running between Oxford and Worcester Foregate Street may be delayed by up to 20 minutes, cancelled or diverted.

Disruption is expected until 20:00.

Customer advice:

If your train is cancelled, you may travel on either of the two services before, or two services after, your original train. If these are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket, at no extra cost.

You may use your ticket, at no extra cost, on the following alternatives:

  • CrossCountry services between Oxford and Birmingham New Street, and also between Birmingham New Street and Cheltenham Spa via Worcestershire Parkway

  • West Midlands Railway services between Birmingham New Street and Worcester Shrub Hill / Worcester Foregate Street
