Description

Hot weather is no longer impacting train services.

Ticket flexibility:

Chiltern Railways:

Passengers with Chiltern Railways tickets dated for travel on Thursday 13 August can use them to travel on an alternative Chiltern Railways service up to and including Saturday 15 August at no extra cost. These easements apply only to those customers completing their whole journey with Chiltern Railways, and off- peak restrictions will still apply.

East Midlands Railway:

Passengers with East Midlands Railway tickets dated for travel on Thursday 13 August can travel on an alternative East Midlands Railway service from Friday 14 until Monday 17 August inclusive instead. You will still need to keep within the restrictions of your ticket - for example, if you hold an off-peak ticket, please travel only on off-peak trains on the alternative days.
