Description

A safety inspection of the track between Inverness and Inverness Airport means that some lines are closed. As a result, trains will not be able to run between these stations and will be cancelled.

No trains until approximately 18:00.

Customer advice:

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Stagecoach North buses between Inverness and Aberdeen (covering Inverness airport too). Just show the bus driver your ticket when boarding the bus.

You can also use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.

Rail replacement is very limited and currently have 1 small bus at 15:45 in operation between Inverness and Inverness Airport stations.

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
