Description
A speed restriction over a defective track between Sandown and Shanklin means that trains have to run at a reduced speed on all lines. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Customer advice:
Following a safety inspection of the track, trains can now run between these stations at a reduced speed while further checks are carried out.
