Trains between Ryde Pier Head and Shanklin

Description

A shortage of train drivers means fewer trains can run on the Island Line. As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until 22:00.

What South Western Railway are doing about it:

Fewer trains are able to run in service today on the Isle of Wight.

Train services have been cancelled or revised.

Your ticket can be used, at no extra cost, on the following services:

  • Southern Vectis 2 & 3 between Ryde esplanade and Shanklin from 09:00 until 22:00.

South Western Railway have arranged replacement buses to run on the following routes:

A minibus will shuttle between Ryde Esplanade and Ryde Pier Head from 10:00 until 22:00.
