Description
Following a track fault between Birkenhead Hamilton Square and James Street, all lines have now reopened. Whilst service recovers, trains running between Liverpool Lime Street and New Brighton / West Kirby / Ellesmere Port / Chester may be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until 22:30.
