Description

A fire at a property near to the railway between Stourbridge Junction and Worcester Shrub Hill means that all lines are closed.

As a result, trains will be cancelled or revised.

This is expected until the end of the day on Sunday 16 August.

Replacement buses will operate as follows:

  • Departing Stourbridge Junction at XX:10 and XX:40 to Worcester Shrub Hill (in place from 06:10 until 23:40)

  • Departing Worcester Shrub Hill at XX:20 and XX:50 to Stourbridge Junction

  • Departing Kidderminster at XX:12 and XX:42 (in place from 06:42 until 00:12)

Additionally, your ticket can be used at no extra cost on:

  • Train services between Acocks Green and Widney Manor via Olton in both directions

  • National Express West Midlands between Birmingham Snow Hill and Solihull in both directions

Advice for tomorrow, Sunday 16 August:

On Sunday 16 August, an hourly bus service will depart from Stourbridge at XX:00 from 10:00 until 21:00, with two additional buses at 22:20 and 23:30.

An hourly bus service will depart from Kidderminster at XX:50 from 09:50 until 18:50, with an additional bus service at 09:20.
