Description
Flood water making the railway potentially unsafe at Knebworth means the lines towards London are blocked. Trains running to Knebworth towards London will be revised to not call at this station.
Disruption is expected until 10:00.
Customer advice:
Services between Stevenage and Welwyn Garden City, will not call at Knebworth. This is due to a flooding in the station subway. This is only affecting London-bound services, north-bound services can still call at Knebworth as booked.
For services to London, please use services to Stevenage. From there, you can change for alternative services to London. Please be aware that using an alternative route will take an extra 10 minutes. Great Northern and Thameslink would recommend allowing at least an extra 30 minutes to complete your journey.
Ensure to check before you travel using the online journey planners and live departure boards for the latest information.

Your existing ticket will be accepted at no extra cost on the following services:
Alternative Great Northern services between Stevenage and London, trains on this route will be also affected by this disruption
