Description
Overrunning engineering works between Wakefield Westgate and Knottingley means some lines are blocked. Trains running between Leeds and Knottingley will be cancelled.
Disruption is expected until 11:00.

Train services are unable to run between Castleford and Knottingley and Wakefield and Knottingley in both directions.
Services on the following routes will be affected by this disruption:
Leeds and Knottingley via Castleford services will be cancelled
Leeds and Knottingley via Wakefield Kirkgate services will be cancelled
What should I do?
Northern train ticket restrictions have been lifted in the affected areas, including Advance and Peak restrictions, during this disruption. Restrictions will be reinstated once the disruption ends.
Replacement transport:
Road transport will be operated by J&B Travel as follows:
09:00 from Wakefield Westgate to Knottingley, calling at Wakefield Kirkgate, Streethouse, Featherstone, Glasshoughton, Castleford, Pontefract Tanshelf and Pontefract Monkhill
10:00 from Knottingley to Wakefield Westgate calling at Pontefract Monkhill, Pontefract Tanshelf, Castleford, Glasshoughton, Featherstone, Streethouse and Wakefield Kirkgate
Journey times may be extended by up to 30 minutes whilst travelling by road transport
