Description

Failure of the electricity supply at Larkhall means all lines are closed. As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised to start / terminate at Hamilton Central.

Disruption is expected until 20:00.

Customer advice:

Rail replacement transport operated by Photoflash Travel and Arays is in operation between Larkhall and Hamilton Central.

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Whitelaws buses between Motherwell/ Hamilton and Larkhall.

You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
