Can you tell me more about this incident?

Unfortunately, there is a problem with the electrical supply to the trains in the Littleport area. This means that some of Great Northern's services can't move as normal until power is restored.

They are working closely with Network Rail and local electricity suppliers to make sure the power is restored. Until this is done, it is expected that there will be delays and changes to services in the area.

If you're on a train which is being held in the area, it may take longer to get you to the next station, and onwards to your destination. Please listen out for information from the crew or contact Great Northern on social media if you need further support with your journey.

Check before you travel:

You can check your journey using the National Rail real-time Journey Planner.

Compensation:

You may be entitled to compensation if you experience a delay in completing your journey today. Please keep your train ticket and make a note of your journey, as both will be required to support any claim.
