Description
Following a communication alarm being activated on a train at London Cannon Street all lines have reopened. As service recovers, trains between London Cannon Street and London Bridge may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 40 minutes or revised.
Disruption is expected until 15:30.

A communication alarm has been activated on a train just outside London Cannon Street earlier. Power has been restored to the track and trains are now starting to move.
