Description

The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Shepherds Bush / London Euston and Watford Junction.

Although some lines between these stations have now reopened, some lines still remain closed.

Until work is fully complete and all lines are able to reopen, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 90 minutes or revised.

This is expected until 19:00.

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following services:

• Chiltern Railways between London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street in both directions

• CrossCountry between Reading and Birmingham New Street / Manchester Piccadilly in both directions

• Great Western Railway between London Paddington and Reading in both directions

If your train is cancelled, your ticket is valid on one of the two Avanti West Coast services immediately before your booked train, or one of the two immediately after.

London Northwestern Railway customer advice:

A rail replacement bus service is in place as follows:

• Between London Euston and Watford Junction

• Between Watford (Metropolitan line) and Watford Junction

• Between Milton Keynes / Northampton and Bedford

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following services:

• Avanti West Coast between Milton Keynes Central and Crewe, and also between Birmingham New Street and Liverpool Lime Street

• Chiltern Railways between London Marylebone and Aylesbury / Birmingham Moor Street

• Thameslink between London St Pancras International and Bedford

Southern customer advice:

Please allow an extra 60 minutes to travel as you will have to use alternative transport, and routes for part of your journey.

No Southern trains can run between Shepherds Bush and Watford Junction until further notice, and there will be some cancellations on the part of the route between Clapham Junction and Shepherds Bush.
