Customer advice:

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on:

  • Great Western Railway services between London Paddington and Reading

  • London Underground via any reasonable route

  • South Western Railway services between Waterloo and Reading

Elizabeth line services that normally run between Shenfield and Heathrow Terminal 5 may terminate short of destination. Please change at Whitechapel for Elizabeth line services towards Heathrow Terminal 4. Please then change at Heathrow terminals 2/3 for a Heathrow express service to Terminal 5 or a Heathrow bus service.

Alternatively please use the Piccadilly line from Central London.
