Description
The emergency services are dealing with an incident between Twyford and London Paddington. Whilst they carry out their work, all lines between Reading and London Paddington are closed. Trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 60 minutes or revised.
Great Western Railway services between Twyford and Henley-on-Thames are also suspended.
Major disruption is expected until 12:00.

Advice for Elizabeth line customers:
Elizabeth line and Great Western Railway services are suspended between Maidenhead and Reading. Services which normally run between Abbey Wood and Reading will only operate between Abbey Wood and Maidenhead.

Carousel Buses route 850 between High Wycombe (Bus Station, a 15 minute journey from the railway station), Marlow (Foxes Piece, a 10 minute journey from the station), Henley-on-Thames (Hart Street, a 10 minute journey from the station), Wargrave (The Greyhound towards Henley-on-Thames which is a 10 journey from the station, Station Road towards Twyford which is a 7 minute journey from the station), Twyford (adjacent to Waitrose, a 8 minute journey from the station) and Reading (Friar Street, a 5 minute journey to the station)

Elizabeth line services via any reasonable route
South Western Railway between Basingstoke / Guildford / Woking / Reading / Windsor & Eton Riverside and London Waterloo

Replacement transport will operate between Twyford and Henley-on-Thames from approximately 09:00. Replacement transport will operate between Twyford and Aldermaston from approximately 09:15, and also from Maidenhead at approximately 09:15.
If your train is cancelled, you may travel on either of the two services before, or two services after, your original train. If these are peak services or less flexible, you can still travel with your original ticket, at no extra cost.
