Description
A person has been hit by a train between Strood and Paddock Wood. Whilst the emergency services carry out their work, all lines between these stations are closed. Trains are unable to run between these stations and will be cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected until 19:00.

A person has been hit by a train on the Medway Valley Line so the line is currently closed.
Emergency services and response staff are on site.
The between Strood and Maidstone West will be closed until approximately 19:00.
We are hoping to reopen the line between Maidstone West and Paddock Wood before then.
