Description
A trespass incident between York and Scarborough means that all lines are blocked. As a result, trains are unable to run between these stations and will be cancelled and revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
TransPennine Express are advising you NOT TO TRAVEL. There are no trains or rail replacement buses running between York and Scarborough in both directions.
Customer advice:
If you have purchased a ticket and your journey has been affected by this disruption, you can use your ticket dated today, Saturday 6 June to travel tomorrow, Sunday 7 June at no extra cost. Alternatively, if the train you intended to travel on is cancelled or you are unable to complete your journey then you can apply for a refund from your point of purchase.
