Description

A fault with the signalling system in the Motherwell area means that trains have to run at reduced speed on all lines. As a result, services running in the Motherwell area may be delayed, cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until 09:00.

You can use your ticket to travel on the following services:

  • Alternative ScotRail services via any reasonable route

  • JMB buses route 41 between Lanark - Carluke - Wishaw - Shieldmuir - Motherwell - Hamilton

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
