Description

All lines have reopened between Glasgow Central and Mount Florida following the emergency services dealing with an incident earlier today. Trains between these stations may continue to be delayed, cancelled or revised whilst normal service recovers.

This is expected until 21:00.

Customer advice:

You can use your ticket at no extra cost to travel on alternative ScotRail services via any reasonable route.

If you're travelling to Newton, you can use services via Glasgow Central low level, or service between Glasgow Central and Newton via Shawlands.

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.

You might wish to consider postponing your journey until service returns to normal.
