Description

A safety inspection of the track between Inverness and Nairn means that the line is disrupted.

As a result, services between Inverness and Aberdeen may be cancelled, delayed by up to 10 minutes or run only to / from Nairn.

Disruption is expected until 16:00.

Customer advice:

A broken rail has been identified between Inverness and Nairn. Staff are now investigating the damage.

To assist you with your journey, rail replacement transport is in operation between Nairn and Inverness as follows:

• x2 Maynes Coaches at Nairn - ETA 13:15

• x1 Maynes Coaches at Inverness - ETA 13:15

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
