Description

A road vehicle has collided with the barriers at a level crossing between Crewe and Shrewsbury meaning that trains have to run at reduced speed. Trains running between these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 45 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 17:30.

  • Alternative Transport for Wales services between Crewe and Shrewsbury via Chester

  • Avanti West Coast between Crewe and Manchester Piccadilly

  • Northern between Crewe and Manchester Piccadilly
