Description

Disruption to Northern services caused by hot weather has now ended.

Ticket flexibility:

If you have a ticket booked for travel on a Northern train on any of the affected routes on Thursday 13 August but you are unable to travel due to the impact of the extreme weather, you can instead use your ticket on Friday 14 or Saturday 15 August at no extra cost.

Northern tickets dated from Wednesday 12 August up to and including Friday 14 August may be used on an alternative TransPennine Express service at no extra cost.
