Description

The fault with the signalling system at Nuneaton has now been rectified. CrossCountry trains running through this station may still be revised or delayed by up to 45 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 22:15.

Customer advice:

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following services:

  • The two CrossCountry services operating before and after your cancelled service

  • Avanti West Coast services between London Euston and Birmingham New Street

  • West Midlands Railway / London Northwestern services between Coventry and Nuneaton / Nuneaton and Tamworth

  • Greater Anglia services between London Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport

  • LNER services between London Kings Cross and Peterborough

  • London Underground services between London Terminals

Road transport has been requested to run between Birmingham New Street and Leicester.

If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.

Unfortunately, any seat reservations will not be carried over to another train, but Coach B, H and L are the unreserved coaches on CrossCountry services (where available) so please head to them.
