Description

The earlier faulty train at Perth has now been moved, allowing trains to resume running normally through this station again.

Until service recovers, trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 22:00.

Customer advice:

Replacement buses are on site at Perth running to Edinburgh and Glasgow, provided by Photoflash and Arays Travel, to help with your journey.

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following:

  • ScotRail services via any reasonable route

  • CityLink between Perth and Glasgow via Broxden Park & Ride in both directions until 22:50

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
