Description

The Met Office have issued yellow weather warnings across parts of southwest England.

As a result, CrossCountry services will not run between Exeter St Davids and Plymouth from 17:00.

This is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

No CrossCountry service will operate between Exeter St Davids and Plymouth in both directions from 17:00 until the end of the day.

The last Southbound CrossCountry service from Exeter St Davids towards Plymouth will be the 16:49 departure.

The last Northbound CrossCountry service from Plymouth towards Exeter St Davids will be the 16:27 departure.

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following services:

  • Any CrossCountry service that is running before 17:00

  • Great Western Railway services between Cheltenham Spa and Penzance (GWR will also be affected by this disruption and won't be operating any services between Exeter St Davids - Newton Abbot from 17:00 until the end of the day)

Any passengers travelling to Newton Abbot should alight at Exeter St Davids, changing for onward road transport provided by Great Western Railway.

Any passengers travelling to Totnes should travel on the following road transport, changing for Great Western Railway services back towards Totnes.

Tiverton Parkway direct to Plymouth:

  • Departing at 18:10 (Operated by First Choice)

  • Departing at 19:10 (Not yet recruited)

  • Departing at 20:20 (Operated by First Choice)

  • Departing at 21:20 (Operated by Amans)

  • Departing at 22:20 (Not yet recruited)

  • Departing at 23:40 (Not yet recruited)


Plymouth direct to Tiverton Parkway:

  • Departing at 17:27 (Operated by First Choice)

  • Departing at 18:27 (Operated by Amans)

  • Departing at 20:15 (Operated by First Choice)
