Description
There are trespassers on the railway at Preston meaning trains are running at a reduced speed.
Services are also disrupted following a fault on a train between Blackpool North and Preston earlier today.
As a result, services running through Preston may be cancelled or delayed by up to 45 minutes.
Disruption is expected until 16:00.
