Disruption between Barnham and Horsham expected until 18:30

Description

A safety inspection of the track between Barnham and Horsham means some lines are blocked. As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised.

Disruption is expected until 18:30.

Customer advice:

If you are travelling from Barnham towards Horsham or London, please allow at least an extra 15 minutes to complete your journey. Services are running via a diverted route, and you may need to change trains to reach intermediate stations.

Trains towards London cannot call at the following stations:

• Arundel

• Amberley

• Pulborough

• Billingshurst

• Christ's Hospital

If you are travelling on a train towards London, and you want to alight at one of these stops, please continue to Three Bridges on one of the diverted services and change there for a service in the opposite direction.

If you are travelling from these stations towards London or Horsham, please travel in the opposite direction to Barnham first, and change for a train to your destination.

For some of these stations, alternative public transport options are also available. You may find these quicker for some journeys, although it will still take longer to get to your destination.
