Description

Urgent repairs to the track between Peckham Rye and Queens Road (Peckham) mean all lines are blocked. Trains running between Tulse Hill and London Bridge, and also between Peckham Rye and Surrey Quays may be cancelled, revised or diverted.

Trains will be revised to not run between Tulse Hill and London Bridge, and also between Peckham Rye and Surrey Quays.

Diverted trains may have extended journey times.

Disruption is expected until 12:30.

London Overground customer advice:

Trains will be revised to not run between Clapham Junction and Surrey Quays.

You may use your ticket at no extra cost on London Buses via any reasonable route.

Southern customer advice:

No trains can run between Peckham Rye and London Bridge until further notice.

You will need to use an alternative route to reach your destination. You should allow at least an additional 30 minutes to complete your journey today.

How are Southern changing their service?

While this disruption is ongoing, they will be making the following changes to services:

Trains that normally run from East Croydon and London Bridge via Tulse Hill will now travel via Forest Hill instead.

Trains that normally run between Beckenham Junction and London Bridge are cancelled.

The following stations will not be served towards London Bridge until further notice:

  • North Dulwich

  • East Dulwich

  • Peckham Rye

  • Queens Road Peckham

  • South Bermondsey

The following stations will not be served by Southern services until further notice:

  • Beckenham Junction

  • Birkbeck

If you are travelling to or from these stations.

You will need to use your ticket on London Buses or the London Underground. This will take up to an additional 30 minutes to complete your journey.

You can travel on the following services at no additional cost:

  • London Buses between Tulse Hill and London Bridge

  • London Underground between all London terminals

  • Southern between East Croydon and London Bridge / London Victoria

  • Thameslink between East Croydon, Peckham Rye and London Blackfriars

  • London Trams services between Mitcham Junction and East Croydon
