Description
A problem in the depot between Margate and Ramsgate means from 09:00 until 16:00 a reduced service will run between these stations, and as a result trains may be cancelled.
Disruption is expected until 17:00.
What's happened?
Following a problem depot yesterday, the line between Margate and Ramsgate will see a reduced service between 09:00 and 16:00 to allow for engineering work to take place.
How does this affect my journey?
From 09:00 until approximately 16:00 a reduced train service will operate between Margate and Ramsgate, with accessible replacement buses operating in place of the cancelled trains.
The line will remain open from the start of service until 09:00, however some services may be formed of fewer coaches than usual because of the problem in the depot
What should I do?
If you are travelling before 09:00, the impact to your journey will be minimal. If you are travelling after 09:00, please allow extra time to complete your journey and check before you travel.
