Description
A shortage of available train crew means some CrossCountry services have been cancelled or altered.
The following routes are affected:
Nottingham / Birmingham New Street and Cardiff Central
Birmingham New Street and Stansted Airport
Bristol Temple Meads and Plymouth / Penzance
Service alterations may also be possible on other routes not listed above.
You are advised to check before you travel. If your planned service is cancelled then your ticket will be valid on the two CrossCountry services operating before and the two CrossCountry services after.
Please check CrossCountry's Service Updates page which has advice, including ticket acceptance and replacement bus information where it is in place, for individual train cancellations. Alternatively, please speak to station staff, train staff or use station help points for help in completing your journey today.
