Description
A shortage of train drivers between Cardiff Central and Birmingham New Street means that fewer trains are able to run between these stations. As a result, trains may be cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
Customer advice:
Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on the two CrossCountry services operating before and after your cancelled service.
If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.
Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on Transport for Wales services between Cardiff Central and Cheltenham Spa in both directions until further notice.
Your ticket can be used at no extra cost on Great Western Railway services between Cardiff Central and Gloucester, and between Gloucester and Ashchurch For Tewkesbury in both directions until further notice.
