Description

The emergency services have now safely dealt with the earlier incident between Rhyl and Colwyn Bay, allowing all lines running between Chester and Llandudno Junction to reopen.

Until service fully recovers, trains may still be delayed by up to 50 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
