Description
Following a safety inspection of the track between Rhyl and Abergele & Pensarn all lines have reopened.
As service recovers, trains running between Chester and Llandudno Junction may still be delayed by up to 65 minutes, cancelled or revised.
Disruption is expected to continue until 17:00.
Customer advice:
Buses have been organised to run between Chester and Bangor to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. These will arrive at Chester at approximately 14:15 provided by Keanes Coaches.
You can use your ticket on the following services, at no extra cost:
Avanti West Coast between Crewe and Holyhead
If you decide to travel from a different station due to this disruption and need to return to that station later, you will also be able to use your existing ticket to do this at no extra cost.
