Between London Charing Cross and Hastings
Description
A broken rail at Robertsbridge means that the line is disrupted. As a result, services running between Tonbridge and Hastings will be cancelled.
Disruption is until approximately 15:00.
What's happened?
A broken rail has been identified in the area of Robertsbridge. Response staff have been called and are expected on site at approximately 12:00. They will inspect the rail and make a decision if it can be fixed or a replacement rail needs to be sourced.
How does this affect my journey?
Trains are unable to run through Robertsbride.
A special train service will operate between Battle and Hastings with a replacement bus operating between Battle and Tunbridge Wells.
Trains which usually run between Charing Cross and Hastings will not run. Trains which usually run between Charing Cross and Tunbridge Wells only will continue running. There will also be additional trains running between Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge to help you connect with other Mainline southeastern services via Tonbridge.
