Description

Trains are returning to normal following a speed restriction being imposed over a broken rail between Rugby and Nuneaton.

Services running between Rugby and Nuneaton may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised whilst normal service resumes.

Disruption is expected until 20:00.

London Northwestern Railway customer advice:

Rail replacement transport is operating between Rugby, Nuneaton, Tamworth and Stafford in both directions until further notice.

Tickets will also be accepted on Avanti West Coast services between London Euston and Birmingham New Street / Crewe. Please note that Avanti West Coast trains are also affected by this disruption.
