Description
Lines have reopened in the Runcorn area following an earlier safety inspection of the track. However, as service recovers, trains running between Crewe / Chester and Liverpool Lime Street may still be delayed by up to 30 minutes, cancelled or revised.
Major disruption is expected until 18:40.
