Description
Lines have reopened following a fault with the signalling system between Cambuslang and Rutherglen. Trains running between Larkhall / Motherwell and Glasgow Central may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised whilst service recovers.
Disruption is expected until the end of the day

You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.
You can use your ticket, at no extra cost on Whitelaws Coaches between Larkhall - Motherwell - Hamilton Central and Hamilton West.
Rail replacement buses are in operation between Motherwell and Glasgow Central. These buses will call at all stations via Hamilton Central.
You can use your ticket on the following alternative routes, at no extra cost:
between Lanark and Glasgow Central, for stations to Motherwell
between Whifflet and Dalmuir
between Motherwell and Dalmuir
between Motherwell and Dalmuir via Whifflet - this route is not affect by this disruption
between Newton and Glasgow Central via Kings Park
If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
